Don Ha

Don Ha began his real estate career in 1994 after selling his bakery business.

His first role was with the Professionals Group where he was one of their top salespeople 10 years in succession.

In 2004 the Ray White Group head-hunted Ha with the intention of him opening his own franchise in Manukau City.

He saw this as an opportunity to further grow his career and he started up D H Group Ltd MREINZ (trading as Ray White Manukau).

Ha sold $37 million worth of property in his first year. Within two years D H Group Ltd MREINZ became Auckland’s Number 1 office and in  December 2006 the office posted a new monthly sales record of over $40 million. He has won the International Leadership No 2 position for the Ray White International Group. Starting with a team of four people Ray White Manukau now provides employment for more than 70 staff.

Most months D H Group Ltd MREINZ writes $30 million worth of residential sales as well as managing 100's of investment properties. His other passion is horse racing – he bought the Zabeel colt from Sunline for $2 million at the Karaka Yearling Sales in January.
