In 2007, the business expo will provide exhibitors exposure to over 150 businesses, from across the region and as far a field as South Waikato, Hawkes Bay and the wider Bay of Plenty.

Integrated into the day long event are multiple possibilities to network and seek out new opportunities…there will be a definite buzz in the air as people re-discover old as well as new connections.

For the price of $900 (plus gst) each Business Exhibitor you will receive the following:

Please Note:

  • 2 BLAST tickets - all exhibitor staff must be registered ticket holders. Further tickets can be purchased at the early bird price of $195+ Gst per ticket.
  • Business Exhibit – 3m back wall with 1.8m side walls
  • Business Exhibit set up and pack down
  • Power (1 x 4 way 10 amp)
  • Lighting (2 lights)
  • Opportunity to provide inserts (one per exhibitor) into attendee packs (to be provided by July 27th)
  • Refreshments and Lunch
  • Opportunity to participate in business card draw – details upon registration

For the event “Blast 2007” there are no exchanges or refund except by law. If you are unable to attend, you can provide a substitute. If a refund is made, Business Swap Rotorua Inc. may retain an administration fee. Business Swap Rotorua reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute speakers and/or vary advertising programmes.
